:neener: really like this neener smiley ...

by the time we were 14 we only felt really bad rage .... we also were bright enough to understand that anger was there as a shield from the more difficult emotions .... hurt , loss , sorrow , false guilt ... and the stuff still being dumpped on us . we never left any opening for much but anger ...

jump way way forward ... got crash landed onto my first psyche ward and was totally confused by groups ... well this is the healthy way this is the healthy emotion .... you should ....

get my first therapist i's say i should feel this ... THERE ARE NO SHOULDS OR SHOULDN"T WITH EMOTIONS >>> YOU FEEL WHAT YOU ARE FEELING WHEN YOU ARE FEELING IT TO QUOTE MY THERAPIST

ok ... but i'm not really able to understand which emotion is which emotion .... and why if there is a happy event i'm totally bummed out .

:cloud why does this have to be so confuseing ?

:read we read books and wrote tons upon ton's of journals ... we began to see there was a pattern in these emotion things and we had to learn about them from a more healthy point of view ... also be able to see sally is mad ... fred wants to act silly . suzy wants to or is feeling this or that ... and i'm in the middle trying to figure out how i in this group feels .

so we'd journal some more ... had tons of diffrent journal . private ones group ones art ones and anything else needed like the angry journal ... here your write about anger the happy one here you write why you feel happy .

jump forward again ... when i walk i need to be very careful we keep breaking our little toes because our feet don't always do what they are supposed to .(it's almost impossible to get shoes that don't make it worse) i kicked a table broke my toe and was really mad ... then someone thought in ... why are we mad and cussing up a storm our toe hurts but why this mad ???? reply from ???? it's easier and safer to feel mad than it does to feel hurt and lost .. to feel these things is a bit harder ...

this is where we began to understand more about which emotion's name is properly assigned to that proper emotion ... we often get silly and joke around when we are with people we don't really know ... trying to hide the insecuritys and scared of their reactions to me as an us person . we also feelt extreamly insecure at most posts on blogs . we are afraid we have triggerd someone or have been inappropriate in some way ... and yah it's on the computer but this being highly exposed feeling is really hard on us . but there is this running theme in our healing journey ... if we do not try we will never know just how successful we can be ....

also feeling numb really takes each oppertunity for happy ect far far away ... each of us here who have joined and will join will need to sort out when i feel this it means i'm happy , when we feel this we need to call up a help line and process things ... feeling happy is great ... after you grow beyond the fear that you;ll never really feel happy very much then get bummed out

pyra from the emote circle within >>>> us emotes are those who feel things more strongly than others .. the logics and intellects are aware of emotions and they are part of life ... but rarely feel any very strongly ... our systems have specialists for certain things .... i hope this has been posted in the right place :roll
healing might seem so slow --- yet worth all the effort
