a bit like internal bingo but a silly thing too . start a humor thing then each one wites a bit about the humor topic . the one that gets the most laughs gets a prize . a prize can be a dollar store thing maby choice of tv watching a snack just a reward for being willing to play within a group .
healing might seem so slow --- yet worth all the effort
