This is the place for concrete suggestions about coping with simple aspects of daily living. Things like organizing your time, or figuring out your finances. Feel free to post here about books or other support systems you've found for coping with connected disorders (or, really, any other disorders that someone here is also coping with). So if you have a good resource, or good suggestions, for coping with things like ADHD, or eating disorders, or physical health problems, or any of that, this would be a good thread to post that information into.
Who says there is anything wrong with being crazy, anyhow?
